He has served diverse organizations in the private and public sectors, including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Sony Development, Nomura Securities, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, The National Institutes of Health, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Sun International Resorts, The Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Harman Management, Pepperidge Farm, Godiva Chocolate, and Bovis Construction. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, A. J. has successfully led the profitable growth of a dynamic, international consulting firm while serving as Operations Director, and has successfully coached over five hundred CEO's and corporate executives.
He earned his Doctor of Psychology degree at C. W. Post University in New York, and subsequently became an Operations Director of Talent+, Inc., a highly successful, internationally accomplished consulting organization specializing in human resource selection and the development of high performance organizational cultures. As Operations Director, A. J. helped guide the firm's growth as it tripled in size.
