Organizational Change Consulting
Schuler Solutions provides consulting to organizations undergoing reorganization. We will help the leadership of the reorganizing entity measure and assess key leaders and managers quickly, to help them sort out which people will be most critical to assume expanded responsibility given the new business environment. We will make specific recommendations regarding needs for outside talent and help to assess candidtaes, though we will not generate large numbers of candidates or function as a search firm. Finally, we will make specific recommendation as to new structures and reporting relationships necessary to implement a new business plan.
Other consulting services related to reorganization include help in the development of communications plans, training programs and systems to measure results and compliance with new directives. Through our direct services, supplemented by our allies, we can take on large or mid-market reorganization projects, with a significant portfolio of industry specific experiences among our consultants.
