A. J. Schuler, Psy. D., founded Schuler Solutions LLC in 2014 as a vehicle through which to deliver the accumulated insights of 20 years’ experience in business consulting, technology strategy and entrepreneurship to enterprise and public-sector clients who recognize that no business plans survive without effective action to enlist the support of those whose choices will ultimately determine success or failure.
Schuler Solutions unique contribution rests on incorporating Dr. Schuler’s unique, proprietary methods to apply psychological understanding and insight seamlessly into client business operations without jargon, artifice or pretense. These insights result in practical strategies and implementation support that measurably improve client outcomes.
In 2017, Schuler Solutions announced an agreement to become the primary point of contact for customers of Performance Dynamics Inc., a small woman owned business with whom Dr. Schuler had partnered to serve clients since 2001. In 2017, Schuler Solutions announced the availability of its services for procurement through the GSA professional services schedule.

Principal and Founder
Dr. Schuler is a senior executive strategic consulting and change management professional with over 20 years of experience working in the public and private sector. Dr. Schuler’s background involves a wide range of integrated consulting services including business transformation, organization design, process improvement, strategic planning, strategic communications, executive development, facilitation, decision support services, training, branding and market based business development. To his understanding of client and executive challenges, Dr. Schuler additionally brings experience in having founded and run a successful non-consulting business start up, as well as experience providing IT strategic consulting as part of an IT managed services firm. Dr. Schuler is a past Lecturer in the MBA program at the Wharton School of Business, where he taught negotiation.
